Description

At the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle rises picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, and the narrow alleys with the pretty houses of Koroni nestle against it. On both sides of the town border two of the most beautiful beaches of this region. Southwest of the charming town center, along the coast, is the fine sandy beach of Zaga, followed by the fine beach of Memi. Directly on this sandy beach are the beautiful MEMI VIEW apartments, with spectacular private access to the beach. The complex consists of 4 slightly staggered buildings with one apartment and one studio each on the ground and second floor. A small vineyard in front of the house and high shady eucalyptus trees around the house complete the picture of this beautifully located small complex.

The purpose-built vacation home MEMI VIEW is located in the middle of a secluded, flat plot of land bordering the fine sandy beach, quiet and idyllic, in a rural setting. Only 50m separate the vacation home from the sandy beach. Own, rear entrance to the upper floor. The wide view from all rooms and the terrace of the apartment goes on the blue sea, the fine Memi beach up to the opposite Mani coast and the Taygetos mountains. The kitchen area is connected to the open sleeping area with 2 single beds and direct exit to the beautiful terrace with sea view. A small hallway leads to the separate bedroom and the bathroom. The brightly furnished vacation apartment MEMI VIEW offers the right setting for a carefree family vacation by the sea and nature.

Only 50m separate the house from the fine sandy beach. Walking with your towel across the property to the fine sandy beach for a swim at any time of the day is a private privilege.

If you like to spend your vacation with friends or in a large family circle, this small MEMI VIEW complex with its two apartments and studios is perfect for that. The nearby picturesque Koroni with its beautiful harbor scene, taverns and cafes offers a nice change to the quiet environment of this vacation home. For the errands of daily life you do not need to walk long distances.

Of special charm, on the western side of Messinia, are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni.

Die Anlage entspricht einer funktionalen, typisch griechischen, Ausstattung. Sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Der große Vorteil ist die Lage des Appartements. Von unserem Balkon aus hatten wir einen wunderschönen Meerblick, den schönen Sternenhimmel und einen perfekten Blick auf den Mond(aufgang). In einer Minute erreicht man den schönen und ruhigen Strand. Fußläufig erreicht man eine gute Taverne und ein kleines Cafe mit großer Auswahl. Durch einen längeren Fußmarsch oder mit dem Auto erreicht man den sehr lebendigen Ort Koroni, in dem sich eine große Auswahl an Tavernen und kleinen Shops bietet. Insgesamt kann man hier einen sehr günstigen, strandnahen Urlaub verbringen.
