Magia-Koroni

At the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle rises picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, and the narrow alleys with the pretty houses of Koroni nestle against it. Two of the most beautiful beaches in the region border both sides of the village. Southwest of the charming village centre, the fine Zaga and Memi sandy beaches stretch along the coast.

Above the Zaga beach, on a huge family plot, between oleander bushes, vines, olive and citrus trees, are the holiday homes RIGOTIS, JORGOS, MAGIA-KORONI and ANASTASSIA.

In the side area of the property, on a beautiful slope above the sea, surrounded by olive and pine trees, behind the small holiday houses RIGOTIS and to the side next to the house JORGOS, stands the three-storey house MAGIA.

With a wide view of the sea, the opposite coast of the Mani and the Taygetos, the comfortably furnished holiday flat MAGIA-KORONI is located on the raised ground floor of the house. A separate, lateral access over approx. 10 steps leads to the holiday flat. The MAGIA-KORONI holiday flat extends over one floor and offers its guests plenty of space and the appropriate living comfort for a relaxing holiday.

The granny flat in the basement is occupied by the landlord's family. The flat on the upper floor is not developed.

The large living/dining room with adjacent open-plan kitchen is adjoined on one side by the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and on the other by a small hallway leading to the second bedroom and bathroom. From the living room and the master bedroom there is a wrap-around terrace facing the sea with a unique view of Messinian Bay and the surrounding landscape. Direct exit from the second bedroom to a small private terrace with rear view of the garden.

A pleasant footpath leads across the natural plot and the surrounding fields after a few steps and a total of approx. 450 m to the fine sandy ZAGA beach.

If you want to take part in city life on holiday, do not want to walk long distances for your daily errands and still want to live quietly and in natural surroundings, then the location of this holiday home is perfect. The nearby picturesque town of Koroni, with its pretty harbour, tavernas and cafés, offers a nice change from the quiet surroundings of this holiday home.

Also of special charm, on the western side of Messinia, are the towns of Pylos and Methoni. In the coastal area between Koroni and Pylos there are still many unspoilt, fine sandy beaches.
