The interior of the two-story villa is bright and friendly. The ground level entrance area welcomes the visitor with a panoramic window and beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Two steps down is the dining room and living area with fireplace and large windows. Direct exit to the covered terrace and pool. To the other, the left side of the entrance hall is the guest toilet and the sleeping area. At the end of the hallway are two bedrooms each with private bathroom and direct exit to their own side terrace. From the hallway the staircase leads to the upper floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a bathtub in the room in front of the panoramic window with magnificent views of the countryside and the sea. Underfloor heating and air conditioning are available in all rooms, the bedrooms are additionally equipped with a ceiling fan. In the basement with separate outside entrance is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The fine Loutsa sandy beach after about 5km with taverns as well as the village beaches of Finikounda after about 6km and the extensive Mavrovouni and Finikes thin beaches, just outside Finikounda, after about 8-9km, with partly managed sunbathing area, taverns and cafes offer various swimming opportunities and unforgettable fun for the whole family. The water is shallow and turquoise, ideal for children (even small ones).

Both Finikounda and the neighboring towns of Methoni and Koroni after about 10-15km with many tavernas, cafes, bars and stores provide for the physical well-being and a rich gastronomic variety.
