Description

The detached holiday home Ammoudi View is set in a peaceful, idyllic location on the slopes of the Faneromeni area, offering a stunning view of the sea. The outlook over Ammoudi Bay, the deep blue water, and the surrounding coastal scenery is simply spectacular.

Completed in summer 2025, the holiday home enjoys an attractive hillside position surrounded by olive groves, on the way to the fine Ammoudi sandy beach. Two side terraces and a front covered terrace with a breathtaking panorama provide various spots for relaxation and sunbathing.

The open wooden roof structure of the comfortably furnished house gives the interior a pleasant sense of height and a cozy atmosphere. Throughout the house, the owners’ love for carefully chosen details is evident – always with the goal of ensuring the guests’ comfort and well-being.

An open-plan kitchenette adjoins the living and dining area. From the living room, you can access the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Both the living room and bedrooms open directly onto the front covered terrace and the side terraces – all offering magnificent views of the sea and the Mediterranean coastal landscape. On the southern terrace, there is also a spacious outdoor shower.

The Ammoudi Bay with its fine sandy beach can be reached on foot or by car, just about 450 meters away. The proximity to the bay invites guests to take leisurely walks along the beach directly from the house. The nearest beach, Kalamaki, is around 1.3 km away and offers a gentle entrance into the sea. The serviced Memi Beach near Koroni is about 6 km away. Many other beaches in the region are perfect for day trips and exploration.

The nearby picturesque town of Koroni, with its charming harbor, tavernas, and cafés, offers a delightful contrast to the tranquil, rural setting of the holiday home. On the western coast of Messinia, the towns of Pylos and Methoni each captivate visitors with their unique character and special charm. Between Koroni and Pylos stretches a coastline with numerous unspoiled sandy beaches – ideal for discovering and exploring.

Accueil chaleureux par son hôte (Gaby), disponibilité et communication facile. Propreté du logement qui est décoré avec goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L'endroit est très tranquille, reposant avec une magnifique vue et très bien situé. La plage est à 10 min à pied. Un logement au top pour passer d'excellentes vacances au calme !!!

Ein Ort für absolute Entspannung. Der Blick auf die wunderschöne Ammoudi-Bucht im Meer der Olivenbäume ist wirklich traumhaft. Man hört nur das Meer, den Wind und die Zikaden. Vor allem in der Dämmerung dann noch das Heulen der Schakale - Hammer! Natur pur also.

Es gibt zwei Strände, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann: Den Ammoudi-Strand in ca. 7 min (Sand, ein paar Felsen, schnell tief - ideal zum Schwimmen am Morgen) und den flach abfallenden Kalamaki Sandstrand, den man nach ca. 15 min Spaziergang erreicht. Beide Strände sind naturbelassen und nicht bewirtschaftet - herrlich!

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns am nichts. Wir schätzen Aussenduschen sehr, eine so schöne (mit Blick auf die Bucht) hatten wir noch nie. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Das letzte Stück zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich zu fahren, weil nicht asphaltiert, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran, ein normales Auto reicht. Die nächsten Tavernen sind etwa 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Tipps liegen im Haus.

Wer Ruhe und unbebaute Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben es von der ersten Minute an genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toll ausgestattetes neues und gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem Blick von der wunderschönen Terasse auf das Meer und die Halbinsel Mani. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang gelangt man an den kleinen aber feinen Ammoudistrand, an dem man bestens schwimmen und entspannen kann. Wir haben alles so angetroffen, wie in der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und sind sehr herzlich; sie stehen mit Tipps und bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung. Nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt im Ammoudi View war einfach außergewöhnlich. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Die ruhige Lage und der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer, machen diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit herzlich, aufmerksam und standen bei Fragen sofort zur Verfügung, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Ammoudi View ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheit Messeniens zu entdecken und gleichzeitig absolute Erholung zu genießen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden diesen Urlaub noch lange in bester Erinnerung behalten. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
