Nanita Beach House is located on the southern coast of Kynouria, about 3 km from Leonidio and only 700 meters from the charming little harbor of Plaka. Behind it rises the impressive Parnon mountain range.

The holiday home consists of two connected living units:

The main house features a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and direct access to the spacious terrace with BBQ area. A hallway leads from the living room to a bedroom, the bathroom, and a loft area above – accessed via a steep staircase. The loft contains a double bed and a single bed, each in separate sleeping alcoves.

The guesthouse, located directly next to the main building, includes one bedroom, a small kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a separate entrance via the terrace.

Access to Nanita Beach House is possible either via a 700-meter walk along the beach or by 4x4 vehicle. Alternatively, guests can park at the harbor in Plaka and will be transported to the house with their luggage by the caretaker's off-road vehicle.

Right in front of the terrace lies the sparkling sea, with the Parnon Mountains rising in the background. The small harbor of Plaka and the nearby picturesque town of Leonidio at the foot of the mountains are beloved destinations for active travelers, sports enthusiasts, and climbers. Surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean, this beautiful holiday home promises an unforgettable vacation experience.
