From all rooms there is a direct exit to the surrounding covered terrace, the garden and the pool. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with direct exit to the balcony, as well as a bathroom.

The approx. 28 sqm large freshwater pool (7 x 4 m, depth: 1.50 m, not heated, in operation from 1.05.-15.11.) offers great swimming fun for young and old. 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol invite you to relax at the pool.
