The luxuriously furnished villa KORFIATISSA with pool is situated in a quiet location, above the roofs of Aghios Mattaios, with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape directly below the two villas MONASTIRI and PANTOKRATORAS. On a terraced flat plot with a private pool, Villa KORFIATISSA offers guests the best conditions for a successful stay. Elegant, harmoniously coordinated furnishings, an all-round open terrace, a beautiful pool with sun loungers and lounge area provide the best setting for a holiday for the most discerning guests.

Level access to the villa via 3 steps. On the ground floor of the tastefully furnished KORFIATISSA villa is the living/dining room with adjoining open kitchen corner. Direct exit to the pool terrace, the pool and the BBQ area. The living/dining room leads to the two bedrooms, each with an integrated bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor of the villa, where you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with SAT-TV and additionally a large TV in the living room is available for the guests.

The 30 sqm pool (8,5x3,50m, depth 0,90-1,45m, not heatable, in operation from 1.05 to 31.10.) invites you to refresh yourself. Bath towels for the pool are provided. Sunshades, sunbeds and outdoor shower at the pool.

Directly in front of the KORFIATISSA villa there is a children's playground for the little guests of this beautiful holiday home. Between the villa and the small playground, a dead-end road leads to two other houses.

In Aghios Mattaios, directly on the main street of the village, our guests will find a range of simple, typical tavernas, nice cafes and grocery shops.

Winding, wildly romantic paths lead from Aghios Mattaios, between dense, old olive groves, to the nearby coasts and beaches of the island, to Paramonas, Skidi, Kanouli or Halikounas.

Neues Ferienhaus in schöner ruhiger Randlage zum Dorf Agios Mattheos - Einkauf, Tavernen und Cafes aber fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool ist ein Traum, groß genug für ein paar Schwimmzüge und eine willkommene Abkühlung bei der Hitze. Trotz früher Ankunft konnten wir schon ins Haus, wo schon kühles Wasser im Kühlschrank für uns bereit lag, danke an Michalis! Positiv auch die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen. Klimaanlagen funktionierten auch tadellos und waren gerade im oberen Schlafzimmer notwendig, da nur kleines Fenster unter dem Dach.

Beautiful villa, host very very friendly, couldn’t help more. I could only say positives about place. Maybe only thing stuff like Wi-Fi password and simple instructions where to leave rubbish could be wrote down somewhere rather than to bother host. Bare in mind you need a car. Taxi drivers struggle to find a place and some refused to drive up to villa as road very uneven so we had to walk to main road with all the bags. Villa however couldn’t be more beautiful! Perfect for family.

Wir haben im Oktober 2 wunderbare Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist super - auch zum selbst kochen. Der Pool ist schön groß und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim spielen. Der Ort ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, hat eine sehr leckere Taverne (Pavlos'tavern) und verschiedene kleinere Cafés und Bars. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt. Zum Frühstücken empfehlen wir (COCARICHI Cafe - Bistro). Die Strände in der Umgebung sind alle schön, wir waren sehr gerne in Prassoudi Beach oder Halikounas Beach. Die Taverne von Ilias am Prassoudi Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Sonnenliegen-/Schirme sind noch umsonst, so da wir immer gerne anschließend eingekehrt sind. Einen Tag waren wir im Aqualand auf Korfu was ein Highlight für die Kinder war. Das Wetter war im Oktober genau richtig, nicht zu heiß und nicht zu kalt. Wir hatten tollen Sonnentage und einen Regentag. Michalis unser Vermieter und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und viele Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolutely amazing villa with 360 beautiful views. Bedrooms were all with en-suites, all very modern & clean! All TVs were smart TVs & wifi worked really well. Situated by a really lovely old town which hosts supermarkets, restaurant’s & a bar which all serve local incredible food! We had a host which lived nearby who was soo accommodating and genuinely really lovely. We defiantly will be back next summer!

The villa is an ideal place to stay if you want a relaxing, peaceful stay. The accommodation is very modern and very clean. The pool and outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing during the day and also a few drinks at the end of the night. The lights in the pool and around the property provide a truly beautiful setting. Communication with agent was clear and response time was very prompt. The owner (Mike) and his wife were extremely friendly and welcoming. Local beaches are not too busy and sun beds are available for hire. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly visit again one day.
