Description

The WHITE HOUSES are 4 comfortable holiday houses in the typical style of the architecture of the Cyclades Islands. Each house has its own pool and a lawn property with a separate access. The houses are slightly offset from each other and are located directly at the extensive sandy beach of Gennadi on a large, flat property.

This second holiday house is facing the sea and you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. The tastefully furnished holiday house WHITE HOUSES 2 is about 5mtr offset from the next holiday houses 1 and 3. The garden property is well separated by a small wall (approx. 0,90 cm high) from the houses 1 and 3. The access to the comfortable holiday house is via 4 steps. The living room and one bath are on the ground floor. Two steps up from the living room are the dining room with fireplace and the adjoining open kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to 2 roofed terraces - one front terrace with a view of the garden and pool and another one at the rear where you can enjoy your breakfast.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with direct access to a small roofed balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. The bathroom is adjoining to the bedroom. A second bedroom is in the basement, accessible via 8 steps down from the living room, which is followed by a small storage room for the suitcases.

The 28 sqm pool is in front of the holiday house (4 x 9mtr, depth 0,50-1,60m).

The village centre of Gennadi with taverns and shops for daily needs is in walking distance (approx. 1 km). Directly at the beach after 450m there are 2 taverns. A pharmacy, a cash dispenser and the health center are about 650m away. There are 2 managed beach sections with sun beds after approx. 120m and 450m.

We had a beautiful stay at this lovely villa, basic equipment, brilliant location for calm and peaceful holiday. The convenience of the beach 300 paces away and the pool area which was clean and tidy made a great break for all. The kitchen facilities were basic but had everything we needed. The air con was bliss! Thank you for a lovely holiday, we will be recommending the villa!

Staying as a family of 4, with two boys 6 and 10 this was an ideal place to spend time on the beautiful island of Rhodes. The house was very well kept and the garden and pool were perfect. We spent many hours in the pool! The villa is really well located, just a 3-minute walk to the beach (a bit pebbly, but the water is calm and warm ), 10 minutes into town and it is a 5 minutes walk down the beach to a few beach bars/restaurants. We very much enjoyed the cakes and ice cream from Southern Bakery in the village centre. We also took the opportunity to try many of the bars and restaurants in the town. Having a car we explored the island and recommend trips to Glistra Beach and Monolithos castle. Plus trips out to Lindos and Rhodes town,

The place is lovely. We stayed in October knowing that low season may be quieter and a little cooler. The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The easy access to the beach allowed for daily swims. The beach was a little disappointing as stony and uncomfortable, but the water is marvellous. The well maintained pool and lovely spacious garden at the house made up for the beach. The house catered very well for a couple and had plenty of extra space for an other adult or children. A good stay and lovely holiday.

Nice house, close to the beach of Gennadi, which stretches for miles with more or less no one, so very peaceful. Pebbles, clear water, nothing to see underneath. The swimming pool is very pleasant. It was quite windy while we were there, which could be at times annoying.

Perfect place, beautifully located for a short holiday break. Close to the sea (1 minute walk), close to the village that has got all the facilities that you need (supermarket, bakery, groceries, bar (the Lab) and restaurant (Zorba, make sure to say hello to Panagiotis). Jan and his team did their utmost best to make us feel home and comfortable.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Absolut empfehlenswert!! Der Pool wurde täglich sorgfältig gereinigt. Bei Wünschen oder Problemen wurde sofort reagiert. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum, Arzt, Apotheke, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Tavernen alles vorhanden. In ca.30 min. erreicht man mit dem Auto den schönen Sandstrand Agathi Beach. In den Tavernen dort gibt es gutes Essen.

Kleiner Tip, wer Pizza liebt sollte diese in der Capi di Pizza in Kiotari versuchen.
