Description

Just 350 metres from the fine sandy beach of Analipsi lies the charming Daven-Analipsi holiday home, ideal for holidaymakers who want to combine a relaxing atmosphere with a prime location. The two-storey stone house is located on a side street in the village and offers 105 m² of comfortable living space for up to four people. The terrace leads directly into the spacious living and dining area with adjoining kitchen, while upstairs there are two bedrooms and another bathroom for plenty of privacy. A balcony extends the living space outdoors and invites you to end the day in comfort.

The location in the village is one of its greatest advantages: within a radius of only 200 to 300 metres, you will find taverns, small shops and shopping facilities – perfect for a relaxing holiday without a car. At the same time, Heraklion Airport is only 19 kilometres away, guaranteeing an uncomplicated journey. The house stands on an enclosed plot with two other stone houses that are used for other purposes, ensuring pleasant peace and privacy.

Thanks to its proximity to the sea, the wide range of activities in the surrounding area and the excellent infrastructure – from water sports to medical care – Daven-Analipsi is an ideal starting point for a relaxing and varied holiday in Crete. Optisch sehr schönes Haus. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, inklusive Tipps über Busverbindungen und umliegende Orte. Der Ort hat alles zu bieten, kleine Supermärkte hatten sogar glutenfreie Lebensmittel. Schöne Restaurants und Beachclubs sind vorhanden. Der Strand war schön, teilweise steinig, aber das war kein Problem. Alles im allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Feriendomizil ist wie es in Abbildung, es ist nah am Flughafen. Der Strand war OK und sehr nah. Es gibt Tage mit starken Wellengang. Mit Mietwagen kann man einiges von der Insel sehen, das Haus liegt sehr zentral.
