What happens if I have to cancel?

You can cancel your holiday accommodation rental at any time before the start of your stay. The following conditions apply:

  • up to the 61st day before arrival: 20% of the rental price
  • from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of occupancy: 50 % of the rental price
  • from the 34th to the 8th day before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental price
  • from the 7th day to the start of occupancy and in the event of no-show: 90 % of the rental price

The deposit is 20% and must be paid within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days before the start of your stay.
