In this peaceful idyll of the Lykorema district, right by the sea, lies the beautiful property consisting of two semi-detached houses. The holiday home Orestis is the left half of the semi-detached house, the right half is occupied by the landlord's family for a few weeks in early summer. Level access to the 1st floor of the house due to the slope of the plot. Living/dining room with fantastic views of the sea, adjoining open-plan kitchen. A small hallway leads to the two bedrooms with shared bathroom. Direct access from the living room to the balcony with wonderful sea views. From the living room a staircase leads to the ground floor with an anteroom with kitchen cupboards and the bedroom with private bathroom. Direct access to the ground floor terrace of the house. This level is also accessible via the patio door.

From the living room and the terraces of the Orestis holiday home, the view is unobstructed over the surrounding landscape, the blue sea, the offshore headland, the Petalioi archipelago, the Cycladic island of Kea and the coastal scenery of Attica.

The private beach with direct access through the garden on one side and the private rocky plateau with access to the sea on the other side of the secluded property are dreamlike conditions for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
