The holiday home Orestis is the left half of the semi-detached house, the right half is occupied by the landlord's family for a few weeks in early summer. From the living room a staircase leads to the ground floor with an anteroom with kitchen cupboards and the bedroom with private bathroom. Direct access to the ground floor terrace of the house. This level is also accessible via the patio door.

From the living room and the terraces of the Orestis holiday home, the view is unobstructed over the surrounding landscape, the blue sea, the offshore headland, the Petalioi archipelago, the Cycladic island of Kea and the coastal scenery of Attica.
