Description

The apartment building, built in the 70s, is located in the heart of the lively district of Gyzi, about 2km from the centre of Athens. This district is mainly made up of apartment buildings, small shops, cafés and restaurants.

The comfortably furnished GYZIs Cozy apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in 2010. It is located on the 1st floor of the four-storey residential building, with 2 flats per floor.

The location of the apartment close to Gyzi Square offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The location of the flat offers many different ways to explore Athens and live pleasantly close to the city centre. Athens city centre is easily reached on foot, by bus or by metro. In Athens you can experience museums, sights and the hustle and bustle of this lively city. It is about 2km to the Archaeological Museum, about 3km to Syntagma Square and the historical centre of Athens, just 1km to the Ampelokipi metro station and 13km to the port of Piraeus. Even the nearby sea with its various city beaches can be reached by tram from Syntagma Square in just 30 minutes.
