With wide view at the sea, on a gigantic 22,000 square meter property, above the bay of Alykes near Katastari there is the resort Archontiko with pool. The former, olive press and mill have been rebuilt some years ago to 7 maisonettes and have been complemented with 6 new single houses. Approx. 100 square meter common pool, sun benches and sunshades, snack bar with breakfast area (breakfast can be ordered on site). Cultivated property, covered with cypresses, palms, olive trees and many Mediterranean flowers and plants. Due to the hillside situation of the property the single houses are a little deeper and at the side of the pool in 2 rows. To 2 maisonettes are in the former mill, 5 in the old olive press, on a little higher part of the garden property, above the pool. Outside shower. Parking place at the resort. All unities are equipped with SAT TV, phone, Internet connection (W-Lan), safe box and air-conditioning.

Adjoining kitchen unit with cooking plate, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffeemaker. To the living room open bedroom with 2 single beds or one twin bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Direct exit on balcony or common terrace. |
