Property description
The small, well-maintained studio resort Eleni is located on a property with lawn and garden (approx. 4.000 square meters). The two storied resort has 12 studios in total. Sidewise of the studios is vineyard of the owners (approx. 4000 square meters). A BBQ is available for all guests for shared use. A big pool (approx. 150 square meters) and a wading pool (12 square meters). Playground. Parking place. The functionally furnished studios are in the ground floor and the first floor of the house. Built in 1995, renovated in 2001, approx. 28 square meters, 1 bedroom, in the midst of a property (approx. 300 square meters) with flowers, plants and palms. Entrance area with open kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. Separated by a counter (80 cm height) the room with 2 single beds, additional bed available on request for 1 child. SAT-TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Covered balcony. Outdoor shower. Air conditioner.

Zakynthos
Zakynthos, the third-biggest of the Ionic islands, is at the northwest side of the Peloponnese. In the capital of Zakynthos one can feel the influence of the Venetian (13th centuries A.C.) clearly. The big Markus Platia was based on the St. Mark's Square in Venice. The scenery Zakynthos distinguishes itself on one side by bizarre steep coasts with sapphire-blue sea bays, on the other side by white sandy beaches from which attach immediately the wine-growing district.
