Property description
Approx. 1,5 km away from Alykanas is the house CALYPSO located consistent of 6 very tastefully furnished apartments. Located uniquely directly at the sea on a huge property with lawn and garden (approx. 10.000 square meters) with direct access to the beach the house offers its guests silence, rest and comfort of any kind. The garden with sun lounges and parasols are for shared use for all guests.
Parking place at the house. Air conditioner in every apartment. Washer in a separate part of the house for shared use.
Comfortably furnished apartment in the ground floor, for 6 persons, built in 1993, renovated in 2007, approx. 100 square meters, 3 bedrooms. Living/ Dining room with fireplace, sofa bed, adjoining open kitchen, electric stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer. Coffee machine. 1 bedroom with double bed (canopy bed).2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms each with tub and toilet. Partly covered patio at ground level with sea view, direct access (via a few steps) to the garden.Washer for shared use.

Zakynthos
Zakynthos, the third-biggest of the Ionic islands, is at the northwest side of the Peloponnese. In the capital of Zakynthos one can feel the influence of the Venetian (13th centuries A.C.) clearly. The big Markus Platia was based on the St. Mark's Square in Venice. The scenery Zakynthos distinguishes itself on one side by bizarre steep coasts with sapphire-blue sea bays, on the other side by white sandy beaches from which attach immediately the wine-growing district.
