Notedly amply created low building mansion on an approx. 25 000sm big wilderness lot with pine trees, 5 bedrooms, offside and lonely lay, surrounded by fields and gardens. You can experience beautiful sunsets at the close sea.

Very big approx. 140sm open living and dining area with fire place, big balcony doors, direct exit to the huge surrounding terrace. Roomy kitchen with electric stove, fume cupboard, 2 refrigerator with freezer, dish wahser, wash machine, coffee machine, micro wave. 5 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Each bedroom with its own contiguous bathroom. 4 bathrooms each with a shower and a WC. 1 bathroom with tub and WC. Seperate WC for guests. Approx. 25 000 sm big, closed wilderness lot, approx. 450sm big, partly roofed terraces furnished with nicly cushioned sunloungers and sunshades. A romantic side walk leads directly to the sea encircled by oleander bushes. BBQ. Parking site at the house. Outdoor shower. After about 80 m natural rock pools at the beach with access to the open sea (see pictures). After about 3 km more natural sandy beaches.

Review well | zum zweiten mal Auch mein zweiter Urlaub in der Villa Sophia war herrlich. Es wurde ein bißchen restauriert, der Geschirrspüler und der Grill erneuert.
Die Größe und der Charme der Unterkunft sind großartig. Hier ist jeder richtig der Ruhe und Weite sucht, ungestört im Meer baden will und über ein paar Alterserscheinungen hinwegsieht. |
| Review well | In die Jahre gekommen - trotzdem herrlich Riesiges Grundstück, wunderschöner, einsamer Meerzugang und absolute Ruhelage, so richtig zum Entspannen und Erholen. Die Villa ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, vieles im Außenbereich gehört renoviert. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert! Alle Räume sind riesengroß, die Betten bequem, die Badezimmer nostalgisch aber voll funktionsfähig. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, der Geschirrspüler funktioniert, sollte aber bald ersetzt werden. Die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Grill kann man nicht wirklich als BBQ bezeichnen, aber er funktioniert noch. Wir hatten Besuch von einem Katzenpaar mit 7 Babys - herrlich. Wir werden sicher wieder dort Urlaub machen. |
