Property description
There are 3 houses located behind each other on a huge, very beautiful and very cultivated grass and garden lot, contiguous to a dune beach.
The detached house, approx. 50m behind the stone houses is located lonely.
The approx. 30sm big pool for shared use of the 3 houses is located sidewise between the 2. and the 3. stone house.
Pahntastic, direct own access to the dune beach, surrounded by pine trees.
Approx. 7500sm big, closed grass and garden lot. Outdoor shower, sunloungers and sun shades at the pool. Roofed parking site on the property. Comfortable garden furniture in each house. Swing and slide for children for shared use. After about 250 meters away there is an 18 hole golf course.
Approx. 50m behind the stone houses (WEPCB001-002) lonely, tastefully furnitured, very comfortable and lovely detached house on a big shared grass and garden lot with wide view on the sea, the pool and the garden, side of sunset. Year of construction 2007, approx. 65sm living space, 1 bedroom. Living- /Dining room with fire place, couch, an extra bed for 1 child possible, SAT-TV. Contiguous open kitchen with ceramic stove top, oven, fume cupboard, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, micro wave, small dish washer. Bathroom with shower and WC.
A beautiful wooden stair leads to the second floor of the house: 1 bedroom (pitch of the roof with roof-light) without a door with 1 double bed, air conditioning. Direct exit from the living-/ dining room to the surrounding, roofed terrace. BBQ for shared use.

| Review excellent | Eine bessere Ferienwohnung gibt es nicht! 1. Das Team von Jassureisen ist schon viele Jahre mein Favorit!
2. Alle Vorbereitungen verliefen schnell, zuverlässig, freundlich und kompetent!
3. Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnungen ( ich hatte schon mehrere bei Jassu-Reisen) entsprechen der Realität vollkommen!
4. Diese Ferienwohnung und das Umfeld war einmalig schön und komfortabel.
5. Der Eigentümer in Griechenland ist ein sehr angenehmer unkomplizierter und gebildeter Mann! Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil WEPCB001 aus derselben Anlage. |
Review well | Rikia im Juni 2009 Wir waren auf dem gesamten Areal die einzigen Gäste. Der Inhaber - bewohnt die Villa - war am Wochenende anwesend. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Leider war der Weg zum Meer noch nicht fertiggestellt. Während der kompletten Zeit waren noch Bauarbeiter mit dem Anlagen der Bewässerung beschäftigt. Das störte uns jedoch wenig. Wir haben einfach nur die insgesamt malerische Ruhe genossen.
