Holiday house complex with beautiful view to the sea and the offshore island Kalamos, consisting of 3 buildings with at least 10 apartment units, arranged on 2 levels. The Ionic sea in front of the door and spectacular sunsets provide atmospheric holiday moments. Enclosed, groomed approx. 7000sm large garden and lawn property with fruit garden and direct entry to the beach via steps. Common pool, approx. 60sm, with children´s pool. A small pool bar caters for refreshments and snacks. Sunshades, -beds and an outdoor shower at the pool. All apartment units have air conditioning, SAT-TV and internet connection (W-LAN) available. Fly screens at all windows. Parking site at the housing complex. BBQ usage in agreement with the renter. Shuttle bus from the housing complex to Mytikas and back 2x per day (pro route 1.50 euro/pers.). Bathroom with shower, respectively tub, and toilet. From the living- and bedroom direct exit to the approx. 15sm large balcony, respectively terrace, with beautiful sea view.

Western Greece
As western Greece we declare the coast of Epirus at the northwestern coastal area of the mainland between Igoumenitsa, Parga and Preveza up to Mesolongi. Epirus is a landscaped varying region, which is in the outback dominated by the 2637m high Pindo Massif. A venue for ramblers and skier. In direct contrast to this massif stand the coasts with its miles long beaches Parga, Preveza and Igoumenitsa. Approx. 12km northerly from Mesologi branches a street along the west coast, via Astakos and Mytikas to Lefkas.
