Property description
This nicely built, small comfortable estate, which is based ion mainiotic residence towers, is located above the bay of Neo Oitilo with wide spectacular sea view. The pool of the estate Selana (2,3 km away) is available for all guests.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the semi-detached house and was built in 2010. It has 40sm, one bedroom and one living room with SAT-TV, 2 daybeds for two persons, open plan kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator and coffee machine.
The living room has direct access to a small balcony with spectacular see view.
There is a BBQ which can be used by the guests staying in this estate. On site parking as well as air condition is also available.

Southern Peloponnese (Mani)
The middle finger of the southern Peloponnes, limited by Gythion and south of the city of Kalamata, is called Mani area. A scanty, bizarre and extraordinary area in the most southern mainland corner of Greece which remained touristically unexploited till the 80s as much as possible. Attractive villages, architectural nice residential towers near Vathia, Lagia and Kita, breathtaking views to bays, to the deep blue of the sea. The flowstone caves of Diros are worth seeing. These are approx. 250 m below the sea level and are considered as nicest for her kind. The northern part of the Mani, known also as messinic Mani, is regional more charming. The meanwhile touristically discovered peninsula fascinates by her typical residential tower architecture.

| Review excellent | Schönes Ferienwohnung Dieses Ferienwohnung entsprach exakt unseren Erwartungen. Die Beschreibung auf der Webseite hätte besser nicht sein können. Man hat von der Terasse aus einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht und die Umgebung. Die "Hauptstrasse", die ca 10m unterhalb der Terasse verläuft, ist morgens und abends kaum befahren. Das Appartement ist neu und wird sehr gut gepflegt. In den drei Wochen unseres Aufenthalts wurde fast täglich sauber gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt.
Den Abend kann man gemütlich auf der Terasse genießen. Moskitos gibt es nicht, nur morgens hatten wir Besuch von wenigen Wespen, die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem waren wir mit dieser Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil SUPMC002 aus derselben Anlage. |
