Property description
Tastefully furnished holiday home built in typical Syros style located on a terraced estate with palms olive trees and Mediterranean plants.
It was built in 2010 and comprises 130 sm, four bedrooms, living/dining room with SAT-TV, hi-fi system.
Direct access to the terrace from the living room with stunning sea view. Kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine.
One bedroom with double bed (1,50 m) and direct access to a terrace with sea view. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Two bedrooms with two single beds.
One bedroom with one double bed (1,40 m). One bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a lavatory with the washing machine about ten metres away from the house.
The house has several nice terraces, all between 50 and 60 sm with benches and tables. All these offer stunning sea views.
The state is about 1,000 sm big. A BBQ, air condition, central heating, internet access (W-LAN) are also available.
Anti mosquito protectives are also fitted on all windows and balkony doors. On site parking.

Syros
Ermoupolis is the capital of the Cyclades and is the administrative headquarter. The town is built along two hills with two different Christian groups, the Catholics on the left and the Greek Orthodox on the right
These are two different worlds which have been living together in peace and harmony for many centuries now.
The churches St George and St Nikolaos are located on top of the two hills and look very idyllic from the harbour’s perspective. The narrow streets of the medieval town of Ano Syros make a very nostalgic impression. The ship building industry as well as the trading industry fostered the prosperity and cultural boom of the island during the 19th century.
Several historical buildings and town houses such as the theatre and opera house remind visitors of these times. The town hall which was designed by the German architect Ziller in 1890 is another example of the impressive architecture of the 19th century.

| Review excellent | Ein Ausblick wie die Titelseite eines Griechenland Wir waren mit drei Kindern dort. Das Haus ist in frisch renoviertem Zustand. 3 Terassen bieten jeden Morgen einen Ausblick zum "Kneifen". Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Fantastischer Grill. privater Fußweg inkl. Beleuchtungsotion. Der Ort ist wunderschön mit fussläufiger Auswahl an Tavernen und Mini-Marktets. aber oben am Berg ist man ganz für sich. Wer ein Griechenland nur mit griechischen Turisten sucht ist auf dieser Insel und in diesem Haus richtig.
