Kitchen with 2 electric hot plates, small oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1folding bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Roofed, surrounding veranda with nice seaview. Grills against flies on all windows. Parking site at the house. Outdoor shower. Air conditioning.

Southwestern Peloponnese
The southwest finger of the Peloponnese is called Messenia. Very green, hilly scenery with nice, extensive sandy beaches and small places directly situated by the sea. An ideal area for sunbathers, people who like beaches and bathing. Our vacation homes are along the coastal line between Kalamata and Vassilitsi.

| Review excellent | Einfach schön Zum dritten Mal haben wir dieses Haus gebucht und sind auch in diesem Jahr wieder überrascht von der Freundlichkeit der Vermieter dieser gepflegten Anlage. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, aber liebevoll im Detail und die Lage (ca. 7 Min. zu Fuß zum Meer) ist mit Geld nicht zu bezahlen. Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass das Haus außerhalb des Ortes im Olivenhain liegt und eher für Ruhe suchende Mieter geeignet ist - für Familien mit größeren Kindern würde ich es nicht empfehlen (Kleinkinder ok, ansonsten einfach "zu wenig los"). 3 sehr gute Gaststätten im Umfeld, bei zweien benötigt man allerdings auch schon das Auto. Wir gehen wieder hin! |
Review well | Ein liebevolles Urlaubsdomizil Wir hatten im zweiten Jahr (dieser Tatbestand spricht für sich) komplett das Haus Eleni angemietet (2 Wohnungen mit 2 bzw. 3 Schlafzimmern). Haus Eleni ist ein liebevoll hergerichtetes Urlaubsdomizil, nur 5 Min. vom Meer entfernt, im besitzereigenen (Bio-)Olivenhain gelegen. Von Blumen umgeben ein Ort, an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wissen muss man jedoch, dass die wunderbare Ruhe und absolute Nähe zum Strand ihren Preis haben: bis zum nächsten (kleinen) Ort (Kombi) sind es knapp 2 km. Dort kann man allerdings sehr gut essen, ebenso bei Kosta´s (max. 10 Min. zu Fuß, direkt am Meer gelegen). Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse für Ruhe suchende Urlauber. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil SWPE001 aus derselben Anlage. |
