In a slight hillside situation located detached house for 4 to 5 people, simply furnitured, year of construction 1982, restored 2010, approx. 50sm living space, 2 bedrooms, in the midst of an approx. 2000sm big wilderness lot. Small kitchen with seperate outdoor entry. Electric stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (connecting room). One extra bed on request. Bathroom with shower (without shower tray) and WC. Approx. 20sm big, partly roofed terrace with seaview. Parking site at the house. Outdoor shower. Air conditioner. Screens on all windows. Wash machine for shared use in a seperate room on the property of the house.

Southwestern Peloponnese
The southwest finger of the Peloponnese is called Messenia. Very green, hilly scenery with nice, extensive sandy beaches and small places directly situated by the sea. An ideal area for sunbathers, people who like beaches and bathing. Our vacation homes are along the coastal line between Kalamata and Vassilitsi.

| Review excellent | Wohlfühloase Wir haben es wahr gemacht und sind nach 2009 wieder gekommen. Das Haus wurde zwischenzeitlich umfangreich renoviert, die Terrasse vergrößert und es gibt nichts auszusetzen! Alles da, was man braucht. Wer gerne ungestört mit schönem Blick wohnt, ist hier richtig! |
Review well | Idyllisch gelegen Die Beschreibung trifft es schon sehr gut! Wer gerne ruhig wohnt ist hier richtig! Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst und vor allem die Terasse und Außendusche (beides mit Blick aufs Meer)sehr genossen! Ein Fußweg führt durch den Weinberg zum schönen Sandstrand.
Die Waschmachine steht allerdings beim Vermieter, etwa 100 m weit weg. Wir haben dann lieber per Hand gewaschen.
Fazit: Wir kommen 2010 wieder! |
