The Selana studios with pool based on the Maniotic residential towers are built exclusively with natural stones from the area and are integrated very harmoniously into the scenery. 5 tastefully furnished studios with big common sea water pool, sun benches, sunshades and outside showering, situated quietly above the sea. Approx. 4000 square meter, common garden, terraced arranged, Mediterranean vegetation. Parking place at the house. Outside shower, sunshades and sun benches at the pool.
Tastefully furnished, comfortable studio for 2 to 4 people, in the raised ground floor respectively in the first floor of the house, built in 1999, renovated in 2008, approx. 40 square meters of living space, 1 room. Living-/ Bedroom with fireplace and SAT-TV, 2 sofa beds or bricked benches (2.20 x 0.90 m), adjoining open kitchenet with 2 electric hot plates, fume hood, small refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffeemaker. 1 bricked double bed. Bathroom with shower cabin and WC. Terrace with pergola or sunshade and fantastic sea view. Air-conditioning. Central heating.

Southern Peloponnese (Mani)
The middle finger of the southern Peloponnes, limited by Gythion and south of the city of Kalamata, is called Mani area. A scanty, bizarre and extraordinary area in the most southern mainland corner of Greece which remained touristically unexploited till the 80s as much as possible. Attractive villages, architectural nice residential towers near Vathia, Lagia and Kita, breathtaking views to bays, to the deep blue of the sea. The flowstone caves of Diros are worth seeing. These are approx. 250 m below the sea level and are considered as nicest for her kind. The northern part of the Mani, known also as messinic Mani, is regional more charming. The meanwhile touristically discovered peninsula fascinates by her typical residential tower architecture.

| Review excellent | Wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil Wir (Paar, beide 50+) waren im Mai 2010 (leider nur) 1 Woche in den SELANA Studios in Karavostassi (Neo Itilo). In dem großzügigen, geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichteten Studio haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Ausstattung (Bad, WC, Küche, Schlaf- und Wohnbereich, Terrasse, Pool), alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, ruhige Lage, wunderbare Aussicht auf die Limeni-Bucht, etc. Ein Ort zum Ausspannen und Wohlfühlen!
