2 detached houses side by side, one of them is rent by us, functionally, year of construction 2002, approx. 85sm living space,
2 bedrooms, surrounded by a cultivated garden lot, with seaview. Both houses are approx. 20m afar from each other.
Living-/Dining room with fire place, SAT-TV, day bed for 2 people, contiguous kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. Bathroom with tub and WC. Wash machine. Big roofed terrace with nice view over the olive groves to the sea, approx. 1000sm big closed garden lot. Parking site at the house. Grills against flies on all windows. Renting in winter possible. Central heating.

Southwestern Peloponnese
The southwest finger of the Peloponnese is called Messenia. Very green, hilly scenery with nice, extensive sandy beaches and small places directly situated by the sea. An ideal area for sunbathers, people who like beaches and bathing. Our vacation homes are along the coastal line between Kalamata and Vassilitsi.

Review well | Gutes Haus, Befriedigender Ort/Strand schönes, gut ausgestattetes ferienhaus. schöner blick zum meer. sehr großzügige terrasse.
garten ist eigentlich gepflegt (auch wenn eindeutige spuren der nicht erlaubten haustiere zu finden sind. eine aussendusche haben wir leider nicht gefunden, aber mit dem vorhandenen gartenschlauch ist improvisation gut möglich.
der ein bisschen mühsame weg zum strand hat eher grosszügige 800 m, da es ein ordentlicher höhenunterschied ist und die netteren strandbereiche nochmal 300 m weiter sind.
Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert (haben einen minimarkt an der hauptstraße).
prima wären mückengitter auch in wohn- und küchenbereich, statt nur in den schlafzimmern.
chrani als ort ist ok, aber als strassendorf nicht besonders charmant. |
| Review excellent | schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist einfach super. Man schaut über Olivenbäume zum Meer, sehr schöne Aussicht. Wir haben es genossen morgens auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken, in ruhiger Lage. Man kann sein Auto, auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück mit eigener Einfahrt, abstellen. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, stets bemüht uns eine Freude zu machen, damit es uns gut geht und wir uns wohl fühlen. Sie tun einfach alles was in Ihrer Macht steht um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Man trifft nicht jeden Tag solche netten Menschen. Es war ein super Urlaub. |
