Das kristallklare, blaue Meer vor der Tür, im Hintergrund der mit Olivenbäumen bewachsene Bergrücken und in der Nähe ein kleiner Fluss, das ist die Landschaftskulisse dieses Reihenhaus. Ein 1200 qm großes Gartengrundstück mit BBQ steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. .

EG: Wohn-/Esszimmer mit 2 Bettcouchen (je 0,90 x 2,10 m), offene Küchenecke mit 2 E-Platten, Backofen, Dunstabzug, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse. Eine Innentreppe führt ins OG: 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett (2 Einzelmatratzen). Direkter Ausgang zum Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und die Ortschaft. Außendusche. Pelion
Pilion a picturesque Greek region: evergreen vegetation, fruit fields and vegetable fields in the lowland, olive groves and grain-fields on the hills. Gulches, woods and waterfalls, lonesome bays with crystal clear water, idyllic villages on the mountain slopes and romantic fishing places by the sea. In winter there is in Agriolefkes around Hania on 1200 m a skiing area. Our vacation homes are in the east of the peninsula, turned towards the Aegean side, above the nice sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis, moreover, in Aghios Dimitrios and in Mouressi directly above the extensive sandy beach of Papa Nero. In the west of the peninsula Pilion, which is turned towards the Pagasitikos-gulf side, our vacation homes are something outside of the pretty places Millina and Horton and further to the north directly by the sea near Kalamos.

Review average | Mangelnde Sauberkeit - Mückenproblem Das Appartment war groß und für 2 Personen sehr gut. Allerdings mangelt es an Sauberkeit. Die Toilette war alt und vor allem sehr dreckig und offensichtlich seit längerem nicht mehr ordentlich gereinigt. Auch die Dusche war nicht sauber und das trübt leider den Gesamteindruck sehr.
Das Desinfektionsmittel war auch nach einer Woche und ausreichendem Durchlüften noch unerträglich im unteren Teil des Hauses. Die Matratzen waren unerträglich hart, so dass nach 2 Nächten die Rückenschmerzen begannen und der Schlaf, abgesehen von der Mückenplage, keine Erholung war.
Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ungeeignet, da der Strand steinig ist und vor allem sehr schnell das tiefe Wasser kommt. Wir haben die Hinweise bzgl. des Bades und der Reinigung dem Vermieter zur Qualitätskontrolle weiter gegeben. |
