The loving restored and partly with antique furniture appointed mansion is located in a quiet area. It is hidden behind shady cherry-, chestnut- and walnuttrees on an approximately 1000sm big wilderness lot near Aghios Dimitrios. It is a detached, two-storeyed, one-family holiday house, year of construction 1880, restored in 1986, ca. 150sm living space, 3 bedrooms, in the midst of a garden plot. Ground floor:dining-room with a contiguous open kitchen with counter, electric kitchen stove, fume cupboard, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (air conditioner), own contiguous bathroom with shower and WC. 1 separate bathroom with shower and WC. Lumer-room. A wooden stair leads to the upper floor with a big living-room with air conditioner. 2 bedrooms, each with a fireplace and each with 2 single beds. Big shady terrace in front of the house. Electric heaters. By use a heat lump-sum needs to be paid on-site, see price list. Parking site at the house. Outdoor shower.

Pelion
Pilion a picturesque Greek region: evergreen vegetation, fruit fields and vegetable fields in the lowland, olive groves and grain-fields on the hills. Gulches, woods and waterfalls, lonesome bays with crystal clear water, idyllic villages on the mountain slopes and romantic fishing places by the sea. In winter there is in Agriolefkes around Hania on 1200 m a skiing area. Our vacation homes are in the east of the peninsula, turned towards the Aegean side, above the nice sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis, moreover, in Aghios Dimitrios and in Mouressi directly above the extensive sandy beach of Papa Nero. In the west of the peninsula Pilion, which is turned towards the Pagasitikos-gulf side, our vacation homes are something outside of the pretty places Millina and Horton and further to the north directly by the sea near Kalamos.

| Review well | Romantik und Privatsphäre pur Romantische Gartenoase mit viel Platz, Stimmung und Privatsphäre, etwas schwierig zu finden. Traumhafte, nicht überfüllte Strände mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Einrichtung im Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ameisen in der Küche lästig. Vom Erlebniswert her super! |
