Open kitchen area with 2 hot plates, refrigerator, coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower and WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (1.40 m), direct exit on the terrace. Ground-level, partly roofed terrace. Well-maintained lawn property adjoining to the sandy beach. Air-conditioning.

Southwestern Peloponnese
The southwest finger of the Peloponnese is called Messenia. Very green, hilly scenery with nice, extensive sandy beaches and small places directly situated by the sea. An ideal area for sunbathers, people who like beaches and bathing. Our vacation homes are along the coastal line between Kalamata and Vassilitsi.

| Review well | Urlaub unter Olivenbäumen Die kleine Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung spärlich, aber ausreichend; offene Wünsche einfach im Restaurant melden, dann wird vom freundlichen Personal umgehend nachgebessert. Ideales Quartier für Individualisten, die Ruhe haben wollen und keine übersteigerten Ansprüche stellen. Für ausreichend Mobilität ist unbedingt ein eigenes Fahrzeug angezeigt. Der Strand ist klein, aber fein; mittlerweile herrscht dort zwar auch reges Strandtreiben, aber wegen des direkten Zugangs aus der Anlage heraus ist das kein Problem; man kann problemlos auf der eigenen Terrasse im Schatten der Olivenbäume den Tag genießen. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil SWPBP001 aus derselben Anlage. |
| Review well | schöne, ruhige Umgebung Der "Naturstrand" wurde täglich gepflegt und war überaus sauber. Der Strand ist zwar schmal, bietet aber ab 15 Uhr im Sommer einen Naturschatten, da er bewachsen ist. Mittlerweile ist ein Aufzug installiert worden, der einem die Hälfte der Stufen zum Strand abnimmt. Entgegen der Angabe im Prospekt besteht die Anlage aus 6 und nicht aus 5 Häusern. Die Grünanlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Häuser sind ideal für zwei Personen, die überwiegende Anzahl war sogar mit 4 Personen belegt. Motorisierung ist unbedingt erforderlich. |
