Valuable furniture, comfortable canopy bed, exquisite carpets and a luxurious bathroom are waiting for you in this studio. Comfortable furnished, year of construction 2010, approx. 35sm living space, 1 room, in the midst of a lawn- and garden property with lots of flowers. Living-/ dining room with SAT-TV, leather couch, adjacent small kitchen unit, dining table, 2 electric stove plates, fridge with freezer, coffee machine. 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Approx. 80sm large common pool. Outdoor shower. Parking site at the house. Air conditioning. Safe.

An ideal area for sunbathers, people who like beaches and bathing. Our vacation homes are along the coastal line between Kalamata and Vassilitsi.
