Property description
Approx. 12 km south of Volos, in the Pagassitikos gulf, is this cultivated resort situated, built based on traditional method of building on Pilion, consisting of 9 residential unities, near to the beach of Platanidia. The studios are spread on 2 2-storeyrd houses which are arranged in L-form to each other, surrounded by a nicely arranged lawn and garden property with palm trees and nice view at the Pilion-mountain range. Approx. 1000 square meter, concluded garden property with stone-paved ways, flowerbeds, lawns and terraces.
Modern studio on the ground floor or first floor of the house, tastefully furnished, built in 1994, approx. 25 square meters of living space, 1 room. 1 room with 2 single beds, SAT TV. 1 extra bed is available on inquiry. Adjoining open kitchen area with 2 hot plates, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC. Direct exit on the roofed terrace, or balcony. Parking bay 10 m away from the house. BBQ for common use for all guests on inquiry. Roofed seating in the garden for common use. Children's playground. Air-conditioning.

Pelion
Pilion a picturesque Greek region: evergreen vegetation, fruit fields and vegetable fields in the lowland, olive groves and grain-fields on the hills. Gulches, woods and waterfalls, lonesome bays with crystal clear water, idyllic villages on the mountain slopes and romantic fishing places by the sea. In winter there is in Agriolefkes around Hania on 1200 m a skiing area. Our vacation homes are in the east of the peninsula, turned towards the Aegean side, above the nice sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis, moreover, in Aghios Dimitrios and in Mouressi directly above the extensive sandy beach of Papa Nero. In the west of the peninsula Pilion, which is turned towards the Pagasitikos-gulf side, our vacation homes are something outside of the pretty places Millina and Horton and further to the north directly by the sea near Kalamos.

Küche ,Bett Umgebung,Preise für alles,Sicherheit) alle Ansprechpartner waren sehr zugewandt, freundlich,angenehm interessiert,griechisch authtentisch und in ihrem Rahmen des Möglichen sehr unterstützend und hilfreich.(Fahrkartenbesorgung,Tipps)Der Strand:50m entfernt,ca.2m breit ist sehr sauber u. wir lagen zeitweilig alleine dort.Das Wasser ist sehr sauber,kleine Kinder können bedekenlos baden unter Aufsicht der Eltern(nach 3m wird es tiefer auf ca 1,5 m)Badeschuhe mitbringen:Seeigel.Kiesstrand:Kein klebriger Sand am Körper.Viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung:mehr Tourismus:Griechen:kein Nepp:Badewannenwasser:kaum wellen:warm:bestes Essen:wenig Teuer.Fahrkarte für den Bus:1,50 nach Volos oder zu den Stränden.
Tipp:gleich nach Ankunft am Busbahnhof Mehrfarkarte für den Bus kaufen :1,30 Euro(billiger als im Bus) Schülereausweis der kinder vorzeigen:wahrscheinlich weniger fahrpreis und zum gegenüberliegenden Supermakt Grundartikel kaufen-dann mit dem Bus nach Platanidia für 1,30
