Property description
At the outskirts of the town, at the beautiful sandy beach of Chorefto, lies the cultivated complex Aiolos, built in a piliotorical style, with shared pool, approx. 72sm big and reception, consisting of 18 apartments. Because of the hillside situation of the property are the houses built shifty, surrounded by a nicely attached garden lot with numerous olive trees. 3 houses are located in the front row next to each other, above the pool. 4 other houses, each with 2-3 apartments, lie in 2nd row beside each other. Approx. 8000sm big, closed garden lot with paved alleys, flower beds, grass and terraces. A reception with breakfast terrace at the pool is available for all guests.
First and second-floor-apartment, modern and elegant furnitured, year of construction 1999, 45 sm living space, 1 bedroom, in the midst of a nice garden lot with shared pool. Dining-/livingroom, (some with fireplaces), with masoned day beds for 2 people. Contiguous open kitchen with 2 electric hotplates, fume cupboard, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Balcony with seaview at the front second-floor-apartments, terraces at the first-floor-apartments with direct exit to the garden. Parking site in front of the property. Outdoor shower at the pool.

Pelion
Pilion a picturesque Greek region: evergreen vegetation, fruit fields and vegetable fields in the lowland, olive groves and grain-fields on the hills. Gulches, woods and waterfalls, lonesome bays with crystal clear water, idyllic villages on the mountain slopes and romantic fishing places by the sea. In winter there is in Agriolefkes around Hania on 1200 m a skiing area. Our vacation homes are in the east of the peninsula, turned towards the Aegean side, above the nice sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis, moreover, in Aghios Dimitrios and in Mouressi directly above the extensive sandy beach of Papa Nero. In the west of the peninsula Pilion, which is turned towards the Pagasitikos-gulf side, our vacation homes are something outside of the pretty places Millina and Horton and further to the north directly by the sea near Kalamos.
