Southern of Naousa and close to the sea each with an own pool are these 2 very comfortable stone houses built in a Cyclades style on an even natural property and garden (approx. 1300 square meters) located surrounded by grapevines. Tastefully and bright furnished, architecturally successful separated from each other, built slightly shifted, quiet and idyllic with a wonderful across the sea and to the island Naxos.
Comfortable single houses, built in 2003, approx. 125 square meters, 3 bedrooms, in the middle of a garden with Mediterranean flowers, plants, trees and a wonderful sea view.
Living room with fireplace, SAT-TV, 1 sofa bed for 1 person. Adjoining open kitchen with dining area, electric stove, oven, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, coffee machine, washer.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room lead stairs to the open gallery, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (futon)
If booked for 6 persons there are 2 separate guesthouses (approx.25 square meters) available with a separate entrance approx. 7 m away from the main house, for 2 people. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Patio (approx. 120 square meters) partly covered with pergola (approx. 40 square meters) with a wonderful sea view and pool. Sun lounges and parasols, outdoor shower at the pool (Daphne approx. 50 square meters, Orestis approx. 35 square meters). Internet access (W-LAN).

Paros
he Cyclades have their name from the Greek word "Kyklos" (the circle). Circular are the 28 major and 200 smaller islands in the center of the Aegean Sea. Thus, the Cyclades are the largest island group. Among the best known are Kea, Milos and Serifos in the west, Tinos and Mykonos in the east, Ios, Amorgos and Santorini in the south and in the middle Paros, Naxos and Syros. Fascinated by the beauty of the Cyclades are writers, painters and architects through the "magic light" of the Aegean Sea, the world-renowned architecture of the Cyclades white cubic houses, countless chapels, the deep blue sea and fine beaches inspired time and again. Today, the Cyclades in Greece are considered as the gem of Greece and are among the most photographed landscapes.
In contrast to many other Cyclades islands the Paros scenery is characterized by gentle hills and peaceful big plains which reach up to the sea.

| Review excellent | Hervorragende Unterkunft Sehr schönes Grundstück mit einem ungewöhnlich großen Pool, sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage, hervorragendes Haus, top in Schuss, alles sehr gepflegt und neu, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sehr ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick auf das Meer und Naxos. Wir haben uns mitsamt unseren Kindern sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil PARAA001 aus derselben Anlage. |
Review well | Sehr schön, aber zu teuer Sehr schöne Anlage, optimaler Erholungsfaktor (wunderbare Ruhe und sehr gutes Klima) und die Besitzerin unternahm alles um uns einen schönen Urlaub zu gewährleisten.
Allerdings war der Anfahrtsweg von der Hauptstrasse bis zum Haus über einen sehr schlechten Feldweg mühsam, der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht gereinigt, die Aussendusche in erbärmlichen Zustand und das TV hatte nur einen deutschen Sender (ZDF neo) - da ist noch Potential nach oben.
Meiner Ansicht nach stehen Preis und Leistung nicht im richtigen Verhältnis
Aber wir hatten trotzdem eine wunderbare Zeit - vielen Dank, bis demnächst :-) Der Vermieter wird die Außendusche ersetzen, der Pool wird alle 2 Tage gereinigt. |
