On a big wilderness lot, in a quiet site, free standing detached house with a wide sea view. Bougainvillea plants and palms entwine the house, from the terrace and the roof terrace you have a great sea view. Nicely built graden with palms and mediterranean plants and flowers, children's slide, parasol.
Free standing holiday home, rusticly furnitured , year of consturuction 1995, approx. 100sm living space, 3 bed rooms, in the midst of a garden plot with many flowers, plants, trees and a beautiful sea view.
Living- and Dining room with fireplace, stereo, telephone reception, seatfurniture, daybed for 1 person. Contiguous kitchen with electronic kitchen stove, fume cupboard, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (1,50m wide), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with tub and WC, wash machine. Guest WC. From the living room direct exit to the 100sm roofed terrace with sea view. On the side of the house there is a outdoor stair which leads to the roof terrace, phantastic sea view, sun deck with canvas chairs. A BBQ, a framer stove, as well as a roofed terrace behind the house. Approx. 1000sm big closed wilderness and garden lot. Outdoor shower, parking site on the property. Firewood payable on location. Use of a tennis court after 2km free of charge.

All places in this area are suited as a starting point for visitations of the surrounding antique sites.

| Review excellent | Haus Marios Das Haus war in einem gut gepflegten Zustand.
Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über die Möglichkeit zu grillen.
Störend sind jedoch Mücken und Ungeziefer in der Nacht gewesen, die zwei Reiseteilnehmer ziemlich zerstochen haben. Ein Verdacht fiel auf die Matratzen, die wir dann mit Desinfektionsmittel behandelt haben. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir Moskitonetze mitbringen, um im Schlaf nicht belästigt zu werden.
Zum organisatorischen Ablauf lässt sich folgendes sagen: Die Vermieter haben uns bereits um 16:00 Uhr am Ankunftstag erwartet und sich Sorgen gemacht, als wir vier Stunden später eingetroffen sind. Wir sind allerdings planmäßig um 18:30 Uhr in Athen gelandet. Nach Kofferaufnahme, Mietwagenübernahme, Autofahrt von Athen nach Amoni (127 km) und Einkauf von Lebensmitteln konnten wir daher erst um 22:00 Uhr am vereinbarten Treffpunkt sein. Es wäre also gar nicht möglich gewesen am Nachmittag bereits in Amoni zu sein. Alles in allem haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt. |

| Review excellent | Super Objekt! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wurden von den Besitzern sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit dem Garten sehr wohl gefühlt.Bei Fragen und Problemen waren sie stets sehr aufmerksam und
hilfsbereit.Das "Leitungswassser" kam (nach unserer Einschätzung) komplett aus der Zisterne.Diese Information fehlte leider. Auch haben wir erst nach Zusendung aller Unterlagen erfahren, dass bei Abreise (außer den normalen Abreise-Reinigungsdingen),die Toiletten und Bäder zu reinigen sind.Dazu konnte man im Vorfeld auf der "Jassu-Seite" nichts finden! Das "Leitungswasser" kommt in fast allen Orten in Griechenland aus Zisternen. Alle Ferienhäuser sind Besenrein zu hinterlasssen. | Review excellent | traumhaft schön! Rundum Meerblick, top ausgestattet, Grillhütte im Garten, viele Sitzecken und wunderschönes Grundstück! Genau richtig für Leute die Ruhe und etwas Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Zwei super Buchten mit kristallklarem Wasser in 10-15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch mit Kindern da eingezäuntes Grundstück und Gartenschlauch und Dusche im Garten! |
