Property description
The small HOUDIS-arrangement consisting of 8 holiday homes left and right with a shared approx. 70sm big pool, in the midst of a 4000sm big garden lot with flowers, hedges, bushes, olive trees and palms at the outskirt of Paralion Astros.
Next to each other standing detached houses, functionally furnitured, year of construction 1995, approx. 40sm living space, 1 open bedroom, in the midst of a big nature and garden lot. Diningroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with 3 electric hotplates, small oven, fume cupboard, refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and WC. A stair leads from the dining area to the open alcove on the second floor, above the living area with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Direct exit to an approx. 8sm big veranda. Roofed, 8sm big terrace at ground level with direct access to the garden. Sunloungers, outdoor shower at the pool. 2 seperate BBQ for shared use of all apartments. One wash machine for shared use in a seperate room. Parking site on the property.

All places in this area are suited as a starting point for visitations of the surrounding antique sites.

Review well | Familienurlaub in Paralio Astros Wir(meine Frau zwei Kinder und ich)haben das Ferienhaus gebucht, da viele Sehenswürigkeiten auf dem Peleponnes im Umkreis von 100km von Paraiio Astros liegen. Wir waren angenehm überrascht über die gepflegte, etwas abseits vom Dorf, zwischen Feldern gelegene Ferienhausanlage. Das von uns gebuchte Ferienaus lag zwischen schattenspendenen Palmen, direkt neben dem Pool und war praktisch eingerichtet.
Reinigung und Wäschewechsel (2x pro Woche) haben ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Obwohl es zum Strand nur wenige Meter waren, haben wir meistens im Pool gebadet, da der Strand sehr vermüllt war. Obwohl die Anreise aus Deutschland doch sehr beschwerlich ist, können wir uns vorstellen wieder einen Urlaub dort zu verbringen. |
| Review excellent | Urlaub genossen! Ich habe es genossen unter der überdachten Veranda zu lesen, mit unseren Teenies zu spielen und natürlich auch zu essen. Der Platz ist umgeben mit Olivenbäumen und Palmen. Am Vormittag ist es meist Windstill, am Nachmittag bläst der Wind. Dann hat es im Meer grauere Wellen. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil STDB004 aus derselben Anlage. |
