On an approx. 1200 square meter, enclosed garden and rural property, in quiet surroundings covered with pine trees is this freestanding single house with 2 apartments. Big pines donate the necessary shade, from the terraces of the house you have a view across the surrounding hills. BBQ and roofed seat are available for common use. At the side of the house an outside stair leads to the roof terrace of the house. Outside shower, parking place at the house, mosquito nets in all windows. Air-conditioning. Tennis court use after 2.5 km. The English-speaking owners use the apartment on the upper floor as their holiday apartment.

| Review excellent | Super Unterkunft ! Sehr ruhig gelegenes, toll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Feriendomizil.
Wer Ruhe und Idylle liebt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten.
Auch für Kinder in der großzügigen und schattigen Außenanlage viel Raum und Platz zum Spielen und Tollen.
Ein Fahrzeug ist jedoch Vorraussetzung, um sich die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung anzuschauen und Einkäufe zu tätigen. |
Review well | Guter Gesamteindruck und ruhige Lage Für 4 Personen ideal. Die Wohnung im 1.OG besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche und einem Bad (Dusche ist etwas unpraktisch).
In den drei Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: viel Geschirr und Geschirrspüler.
Eine grosse Terrasse ist vorhanden.
Ein grosser Garten mit Aussendusche und Grillmöglichkeit steht zur Verfügung.
Das Haus hat noch eine zweite Wohnung im EG.
Das Anwesen liegt in einer Villengegend in einem Hang, der zum Meer hin abfällt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 2 km. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich.
Der nächste Ort ist ca. 8 km entfernt.
