This comfortable mansion Artemis is located on the outskirts of a picturesque village on a big rural property with trees and garden, located very quietly and secluded. An approx. 40sm large pool with a wading pool for children invites guests to relax. From here you have a wide view across the blue sea to the horizon. Comfortable two-storied mansion, build in 2005, approx. 130sm living space for 6 to 8 persons, 3 bedrooms, in the midst of a large nature garden with lots of trees and plants. In the heightened ground floor: Living/Dining room with fireplace, direct exit to the partly covered patio with a gorgeous view to the sea and the pool. Open kitchen with fume hood, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine. Bathroom with jacuzzi-shower and toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, direct access to the patio and pool. Own bathroom with shower and toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 1 bedroom with 1 double-bed, each bedroom with an own balcony and a nice panoramic view across the sea and pool. Bathroom with tub and toilet. Review well | Tolles Haus Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht. Aktuell (Mai 2011) wird allerdings ca. 100m entfernt gebaut, was temporär störte (Baggerhammer). Man muss ein Auto haben, Spaziergänge ab Haus mit Kinderwagen sind wegen Berglage, schlechte Straßen nicht möglich. Es gab im Mai 2011 im Garten der Nachbarn für 2 Tage Baggerarbeiten. Diese sind abgeschlossen. |

| Review excellent | Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich Bis jetzt war es unser bestes Ferienhaus, alles war perfekt, nur das Wetter nicht.
Die Griechen waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer nett, es war ein gelungener Urlaub, dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. |
