This free-standing house is surrounded by a nice garden with plenty of flowers and trees, which provides its guests calmness, the possibility to relax and comfort. The own freshwater pool with a separate wading pool for children, parasols and sun lounges offer refreshment at any time. BBQ.

First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and an own patio (approx. 40 square meters) with a wonderful view across the sea, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with a corner tub, bidet and toilet.

Bathing in crystal clear water and hiking over mountains and through gulches make Crete to an experience of nature. You find our holiday houses, apartments and villas in the green west near Chania, near Rethymnon in the villages Prines, Prinos, Aghia Triada, Loutra and by Sfakaki, in the north-east of the island by Elounda, Kalo Chorio. near Istron and in the south of the island near Triopetra and Plakias.

Review well | wunderschön das haus distella in prines/rethymno hat uns sehr gut gefallen. die betreunng durch den hausverwalter minolis war herzllich und unkompliziert . seine tipps zu tavernen in der umgebung waren super. alles in allem eine gelungene sache. |
| Review excellent | super Urlaub, Entspannung pur Villa sehr schön, Zimmer sehr geräumig u. jedes mit eigenem Balkon, Küche zweckmäßig mit ausreichend Geschirr, 3 Terrassen mit Tisch u. Stühlen, Außengrill, tolle Gartenanlage mit Blumen, Palmen, Feigen- u. Olivenbäumen und großer Pool mit Liegen u. Schirm sowie kl. Kinderpool.
Schöne Lage in Prines, Dorftaverne (zu empfehlen) u. Lebensmittelläden bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Für uns war es ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub in toller Umgebung und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. |

Wir waren nur zu Dritt in dieser riesigen Villa,da war natürlich genug Platz für jeden.Die Räume sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet,alles sehr hell und freundlich,die Bäder sind für griechische Verhältnisse echt luxuriös,vor allem im oberen Stockwerk mit Bidet und riesiger Eckbadewanne.Es gibt eine herrliche Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick,die war bei uns immer für den späten Abend gebucht.Es gibt auch eine für Morgens und eine für den Nachmittag.Der Pool ist Klasse und war täglich für eine Erfrischung gut.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen der Pooleinstieg,fürÄltere(evtl.Nichtschwimmer)und Kinder sehr schwierig.Alles in Allem ist die Villa sehr zu empfehlen. |
