Direct exit from the living room on the partly roofed balcony with sea view. A spiral staircase leads in the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, SAT TV. Bathroom with tub and WC. Direct exit on approx. 20 square meter terrace with garden portion, sea view. A washing machine to common use for all vacation homes is in the separate house. Outside shower at the pool. Parking bay on the property. Air-conditioning. Internet connection.
