Property description
This two storey holiday house with panoramic sea view is located near Koroni and is divided into two apartments. A footpath leads the guests to the wide sandy beach of Saga.
The apartment on the first floor has a separate entrance and was built in 1982. It was refurbished in 2010. This simply furnished apartment comprises 80sm, two bedrooms and is located within a nice garden estate with sea view.
The living room is separated from the kitchen with a drop curtain, two single beds. Open plan kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and dining table. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Partly covered terrace, the estate comprises 4,000sm and is located at a hill. On site parking is available. Air condition. A washing machine is also available in the common area of the estate. BBQ upon request.
