Well-maintained semidetached house, furnished functionally, built in 1985, renovated in 2008, approx. 35 square meters, 1 bedroom, with a nice patio and a wonderful sea view. Kitchen cum living room with 1 slepper seat for 1 person, 2 hotplates, small oven, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Covered patio with a wonderful sea view, nice sunsets. Parking place not directly at the house. Air conditioner. Grills against flies on all windows.

Corfu

The island group is located in the Ionian Sea west of the Greek mainland and the Peloponnese. Corfu is the northernmost and second largest of the Ionian Islands and is rightly called "the green island" called. Corfu’s landscape is characterized by densely-covered mountains, ancient olive groves, cypress forests and several sandy coves. The name was given by two crags ("Korifes", Koryphäen) to be seen if Corfu is reached across the sea.

Review excellent | Atemberaubender Ausblick Die für uns wichtigsten Kriterien : Meerblick von der Unterkunft aus und Ruhe sind 100% erfüllt worden. Noch nie hatten wir eine so tolle Lage des Apartments mit dem Meer vor der Nase in freiem Blick, eine überdachte Sitzterrasse + eine tiefergelegte Liegeterrasse + Sonnenuntergang etc.
Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein, Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend. Exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besser als es auf Bildern festgehalten werden könnte. Man möchte einfach nur ewig auf dieser Terrasse sitzen bleiben... |

| Review excellent | Traumdomizil für zwei Wir, Paar Mitte 40, waren im Sommer 2009 für 2 Wochen dort. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, wir sind jeden Abend im Sonnenuntergang auf unserer Terrasse versunken. Einrichtung und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut, das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr schön bepflanzt. Da sich das Haus aber in recht steiler Hanglage (was den tollen Blick ausmacht) befindet, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Drei sehr empfehlenswerte und günstige Lokale sind in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. Für Ruhesuchende sehr zu empfehlen....die Bilder im Prospekt stimmen wirklich. |
Review average | Lautes Kuschelnest Wäre da nicht die Cuba Libre Bar gewesen, die uns am Wochenende von Vormittag bis Mitternacht mit Technomusik beschallt hat (sonst erst abends ...), dann hätten wir die genialen Sonneruntergänge beim Abendessen oder im Liegestuhl viel besser geniessen können. Eine echt nette Ferienwohnung bzw. Doppelhaushälfte. Schön oberhalb des Strandes gelegen.
Sollte wieder Ruhe in Paramonas eingekehrt sein, dann würde ich mindestens 4 Sterne vergeben und wieder kommen. |
