Property description
The holiday home is in the southwest of the island, with a wonderful view to the Koundouras bay, approx. 5 km away from Poisses, located on a slope.
Holiday house, built in 1989, renovated 2006, approx. 70 square meters, 1 bedroom, in the middle of a rural property (approx. 1300 square meters) and a huge patio and a wonderful sea view. Living / Dining room with fireplace, 2 bricked sofa beds. Air conditioner in the living room. Dining area, open kitchen with bar, electric stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with double bed (ceiling fan). Bathroom with shower and toilet. From all rooms direct access to the patio (approx. 150 square meters) with sea view, bricked bench, sun lounges, parasol. BBQ. Parking place at the house.

Kea
The Cyclades have their name from the Greek word "Kyklos" (the circle). Circular are the 28 major and 200 smaller islands in the center of the Aegean Sea. Thus, the Cyclades are the largest island group. Among the best known are Kea, Milos and Serifos in the west, Tinos and Mykonos in the east, Ios, Amorgos and Santorini in the south and in the middle Paros, Naxos and Syros. Fascinated by the beauty of the Cyclades are writers, painters and architects through the "magic light" of the Aegean Sea, the world-renowned architecture of the Cyclades white cubic houses, countless chapels, the deep blue sea and fine beaches inspired time and again. Today, the Cyclades in Greece are considered as the gem of Greece and are among the most photographed landscapes.
Kea can be reached only by ship from Lavrion, the port of Attica. From here, ferries run daily to "Tzia" how the island is called in the vernacular.

| Review excellent | Toll Aussicht, absolute Ruhe! Wir haben viel Ruhe gesucht und auf Kea gefunden. Wir waren im Juni fast die einzgien Gäste in der ganzen Bucht und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich, die Terrasse mit Liegen und schöner Sitzecke perfekt. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Schön ist der große Grill auf der Terrasse. Die Badebucht ist gut geschützt. Als Taverne können wir "Christoforos" am Strand von Poisses in der Nachbarbucht empfelen (ca. 5 km, 2. Taverne am Strand). Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Korissia (ca. 20 Min.) gefahren. Dort gibt es einen gut sortieren Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger. Wir werden wieder kommen. |
Review well | house in Kea 15 august- 21. The house is as described and fully furbished. The person in charge of good help. The sea view is nice. We had a very hot week and living on the terrace was impossible from ten in the morning until 7 pm. There is but one small air conditioning machine in the living room .... none in the bed room. The bath room is small and specialy the shower is quite tight. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Diese ist nicht in der Leistungsbeschreibung aufgeführt. |
| Review excellent | wunderschönes Ferienhaus auf Kea es war alles sehr gut organisiert, vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub auf der Insel Kea!!
Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, in der Küche ist wirklich alles, was man so braucht. Auf der schönen Terrasse befindet sich ein großer Kamin-Grill und man hat wirklich einen traumhaften Blick auf die schöne Bucht.
Es wurde sogar ein Mal in der Woche gereinigt.. sehr angenehm...
Alles in allem ein fantastischer Finka-Urlaub
