This two-storeyed house with 4 apartments and shared pool is located on a big, closed property, in phantastic lay above the nice sandy beach with view to Zakynthos, Kefalonia and Ithaka. 4 simply furnitured apartments, distributed on 2 floors, each with its own outdoor entry, in the midst of a approx. 4.000sm large wilderness and garden lot in hillside situation,fenced property, with about 60sm large swimming pool. Sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor shower by the pool. Grill for sharing. A staircase leads from the house directly to the beach. Parking lot at the house.
This apartment lies in the basement of the house but even with the ground level because of the hillside situation of the property.
Simply furnitured, closed apartment for 2 to 5 people, year of construction 1986, approx. 50sm living space, 1 bedroom. Living-/ Dining room with 2 single beds, seperated by a curtain, additional 1 day bed, contiguous kitchen with electric stove, fume cupboard, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom each with 2 single beds, 1 day bed. Bathroom with shower, WC and wash machine. Approx. 60sm big terrace with phantastic seaview.
Approx. 4000sm big, peaceful estate, cultivated outdoor facility with approx. 60sm big pool, whichs circulating water is warmed up by a special solar system . Sunloungers, sun shades and outdoor shower at the pool. Outdoor BBQ for shared use. A stair leads from the house to the beach. Parking site at the house.

Review excellent | einfach, ruhig, unkompliziert Sehr freundliche Vermieter, alles in Ordnung und in Takt, einfach eingerichtete Wohnung aber sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet, Pool sauber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut(Bäcker, Metzger, Mini-Markt, Obsthändler)nur 2 km entfernt, Badestrand ruhig und nur 2 min Fußweg, Taverne am Strand, Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil WEPGA001 aus derselben Anlage. |
| Review well | Lage ein Traum Lage ein Traum, Strand kaum Leute, Swimming-Pool super, Garten sehr schön, Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und jeden Tag ein Sonnenuntergang, Größe der Wohnung super, einziges kleines Minus war die Sauberkeit v.a. in der Küche, aber zum Frühstück bzw. Kleinigkeiten Zubereiten kein Problem - es ist halt Griechenland. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil WEPGA001 aus derselben Anlage. Der Vermieter hat einen enue Reinigungskraft, so dass die Sauberkeit jetzt wieder gegeben ist. |
