Property description
The well-maintained resort KOUNENOS is approx. 11 km east of Aghios Nikolaos on a hill (approx. 22.000 square meters) with olive trees and many Mediterranean plants. The houses are surrounded by a rural property with garden in an exposed position (approx. 6.000 square meters) with a panoramic view across the Mirabello-bay. A big pool (approx.100 square meters) behind the houses, with lawn, many plants and shady olive trees is for all guests for shared use. Parasols, sun lounges and outdoor shower at the pool. The resort has 2 houses with 12 apartments in total, separated from each other, terraced arranged due to the location on a slope. All apartments have an air conditioner, SAT TV and a safe. Parking place in the resort.
Apartments at ground level for 4 persons. Furnished functionally, built in 1990, renovated in 2004, approx. 50 square meters, 2 bedrooms. Living/Dining room with direct exit to the patio with a wonderful sea view. Open kitchen with 2 hotplates, small oven, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with 2 bricked single beds. 1 bedroom with 1 bricked double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bathing in crystal clear water and hiking over mountains and through gulches make Crete to an experience of nature. You find our holiday houses, apartments and villas in the green west near Chania, near Rethymnon in the villages Prines, Prinos, Aghia Triada, Loutra and by Sfakaki, in the north-east of the island by Elounda, Kalo Chorio. near Istron and in the south of the island near Triopetra and Plakias.

| Review excellent | Empfehlenswerte Anlage! Dieses Ferienanlage hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, denn es ist dort noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Vor allem der riesige Pool, der von schattigen Grünflächen mit Olivenbäumen umgeben ist und die großen bepflanzten Balkone sind wunderschön. Innen ist es einfach und traditionell eingerichtet. Bei den sanitären Einrichtungen sollte man nicht vom deutschen Standart ausgehen. Die Räume wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Wäsche häüfig gewechselt und war immer sauber. Jedes Appartment hat einen grandiosen Blick aufs Meer. Der schönste Strand in der Umgebung (Vulisma Beach/ Golden Beach)ist nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, aber man kann auch zu Fuß gehen.
Im Ort sind außerdem einige Supermärkte und Restaurants mit griechischer Küche.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, auch für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Jugendlichen.

wir hatten sehr viel Freude an unserer Unterkunft Kounenos. Schöne Zimmer, toller Blick von der Terrasse, blankgeputzter Sternenhimmel, großer Pool fast für uns alleine (da wir erst gegen Ende der Urlaubszeit kamen - also Anfang September), tolles Wetter (13 von 14 d >30°C), schöner Strand (bei starkem Wellengang kam auch verrotender Plastikmüll mit den Wellen), waren sehr zufrieden. |
