Property description
The Trikorfo house are located on approx. 74,000 square meters of property with a well-maintained lawn and garden, incredibly close to the sea. Due to the arrangement of the houses, either 2 or 3 next to eachother, well separated, you get the feeling that you are in a small village. The development is separated into two residential areas, one near the beach and the other approx. 350 meters from the beach on a small bank above the coast road (the lower part of the property is accessible through a road underpass). There are also 2 basketball courts and 2 playgrounds. There is a Greek tavern above the beach, which is about 70 to 250 meters away and reachable by going up the beach, using stairs or a ramp. Umbrellas and beach chairs can be rented at the beach for a fee. Air-condititoning. Internet Access (W-LAN) in the resort from 01.06. - 30.09 (other times WLAN is available at the tavern of the plant). The owners are in charge of assigning the different houses.
Functionally-furnished maisonette for 4-5 people, built in 1996, approx. 65 square meters. Main floor: living/dining room, satellite TV, 1 sofa bed for 1 person. Adjoining open kitchen with 2 hotplates, oven, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the open 4x4 meter gallery with a pitched roof above the living room. Direct access to a 16 square meter patio. Surrounding lawn area, patio. Parking place at the house.

Halkidiki
Shallowly sloping sandy beaches, pine and stone pine groves, which border the sea in secluded and picturesque bays, characterize Chalkidiki. An ideal area for surfers and sailors. The three peninsulas of Chalkidiki soar as three fingers into the Aegean Sea. Kassandra in the western part of the peninsula with a shallow hill scenery, lively places and a variety of leisure possibilities. Sithonia in the middle with mountainous landscape offers an original character of the region, less developed for tourists, but with a uniquely beautiful bays and turquoise waters. In the East, finally, is for men only accessible monk republic Athos with about 20 monasteries, which belongs to the Greek territory, but is managed independently.

| Review well | Schöne Familienferien Wir (Familie mit zwei Mädchen, 11 und 14 Jahre) hatten sehr schöne, warme und erholsame Ferien in Trikorfo Beach!
Der Strand war angenehm: nicht zu voll und auch nicht so verschmutzt wie einige meinten!
Das Wasser war angenehm warm und auch gut geeignet zum Schnorcheln!
Außerdem ging es ziemlich flach hinein, so dass man richtig gut baden und nach ca. 100 Metern auch toll schwimmen konnte!
Unser Ferienhaus war von der Ausstattung eher mit 3 Sternen zu bewerten, jedoch macht der Service rund um das Haus die Bewertung mit 4 Sterne wieder wett (Zwischenreinigung und Begrüßungskorb u.s.w.). Die Außenanlagen sind gut gepflegt!
Da es aber keine Animation oder ähnliches gibt, ist die Anlage ( es gibt auch Ferienhäuser die von den Besitzern (überwiegend Rentner) dauerhaft bewohnt werden) vor allen Dingen erholsam!
Die Häuser werden von uns mit 3 JASSU-Blumen klassifiziert. |
