Simple farmhouse on a common property with Tassos 1 and 2, year of construction 2000, approx. 30sm living space, located quietly and romanticly in the vine yards. Simplly furnitured, 1 room with 2 single beds, contiguous kitchen with 3 electric hot plates, small oven, fume cupboard, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. Sperate outside entrance to the bathroom with shower and WC. Approx. 7000sm big wilderness and vine lot, roofed terrace. Parking site at the house. Outdoor shower. Air conditioner.

The southwest finger of the Peloponnese is called Messenia. Very green, hilly scenery with nice, extensive sandy beaches and small places directly situated by the sea. An ideal area for sunbathers, people who like beaches and bathing. Our vacation homes are along the coastal line between Kalamata and Vassilitsi.

| Review well | Entspannung! Das Ferienhaus Tassos 3 liegt mit zwei anderen Häusern zusammen auf einem Grundstück, trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe der anderen Häuser war es sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Das Haus hat zwei Terassen und ist ansprechend und praktisch ausgestattet. Man hat einen traumhaften unverstellten Blick über die Weinreben zum Meer.
Die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar um sich zu erholen und zu entspannen. Der in der Nähe gelegen Strand ist wunderschön, klares Wasser und nicht überlaufen.
Die Vermieter (ein älteres Ehepaar) sprechen leider weder englisch noch deutsch, sind aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle paar Tage stellten Sie uns sogar eine Schale mit frischem selbstangebauten Obst auf die Terasse!
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen Tassos3 gerne weiter! |
Review excellent | Poli Kala Sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestatt! Die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Wir wurden jeden Tag mit frischem Obst, (Feigen,Birnen und Trauben) aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt. Wenn wir vom Strand zurück kamen, stand eine Schale voll auf der Terasse! Die Entfernung zum Meer und diversen Restaurants und Geschäften ist sehr kurz. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. |
Review poor | bei Trockenheit gut sehr nett in Hanglage gelegen,schöner ruhiger Strand,netter Vermieter,
Aber bei starkem Regen kommt das Regenwasser aus den Bodenfliesen und Wänden in die Unterkunft geflossen, dann schwimmt alles und es wird sehr feucht und klamm. Alle Sachen mussten aufs Bett verbracht werden. Die Wohnung ist dann nicht mehr zu bewohnen.
Aber sonst war es schön ???!!!!!!!!!!!!! Die Vermieter haben im Winter 2009 das Haus an den feuchten Stellen renoviert. Bei sehr schlechten Witterungsbedingungen kann Wasser eintreten. |
