Euboea – Evia

Euboea landscape

Euboea – known by the Greeks as Evia – is the second largest island in Greece. It stretches along the mainland of Greece, northeast of the Attica coast, and is connected to the mainland by two bridges. The first bridge was built as early as 858, which means Euboea has partially lost its original island character.

In addition to the convenient access via the bridges, there are regular ferry connections from the Attica coast at Rafina to the south of Euboea. The crossing takes about one hour.

The landscape of Euboea is highly diverse: in the north, dense pine and deciduous forests dominate, while the south is more Mediterranean in character. Small harbor towns along the coast, impressive mountain scenery, sheltered coves, the deep blue sea, and wide views of the surrounding islands give especially the southwest of the island its unique charm.

On the southeastern coast of Euboea, about 5 km south of the small port town Marmari in the Lykorema area, with views over the Aegean Sea, the nearby Petalioi island group, and as far as the Cycladic island of Kea, we offer directly by the sea the Holiday Home Orestis.

In Evia we offer vacation homes and vacation apartments in the following areas:
