Property description
Approx. 7km south from Monemvassia and outside of the small town of Xifias lies the small estate Luisa with a pool and with a phantastic seaview. A single, nicely constructed house with 5 elegant furnitured apartments, each with its own entry. Approx. 1000sm big, cultivated grass and garden lot with approx. 75sm big pool, sunloungers, sunshades and outdoor shower. A BBQ is availabla for shared use. Parking site for all apartments at the house. Air condition in all apartments. Grills against flies on all windows and balcony doors.
Comfortbale maisonette on the second and third floor with inside stair for 6-7 people. Year of construction 2003, approx.90sm living space, 3 bedrooms. Living-/Diningroom with fireplace, SAT TV, 2 day beds, contiguous kitchenette with electric kitchen stove, fume cupboard, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Inside stair to the third floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (1,50m wide), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and WC. From each of the bedrooms direct exit to the 25sm big, partly roofed veranda, sunloungers. Approx. 35sm surrounding terrace with sunshade and beautiful seaview and view on Alt-Monemvassia.

The area of the Ostpeloponnes extends in the north-east from Almiri, Katakali, Ammoni, Korfos, Epidaurus and the islands Hydra and Spetses further to the eastern coastal point of Porto Cheli to Monemvassia, Neapolis and the island Kythira. All places in this area are suited as a starting point for visitations of the surrounding antique sites.

| Review excellent | Perfektes Ferienhaus in perfekter Umgebung Es ist eine perfekte Oase in einer magischen Umgebung. Super gepflegt, tolle Vermieter, Menschen mit Geist und Toleranz, einfach zum Wohlfühlen und erholen. Super Aussicht in die Altstadt von Monemvasia und wie gesagt Vermieter die aufgeschlossen, tolerant und feinfühlig sind.Nur zu empfehlen. Tolle Auswahl Jassu Reisen |
| Review excellent | Gepflegt und ruhig Sehr saubere, kleinere und ruhige Anlage mit wunderschönem und gepflegtem Pool und Garten. Von der Terrasse herrlicher Meerblick. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Der nahe Strand ist etwas ungepflegt, dafür aber ruhig. Einziger Nachteil: Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weiter entfernt, Auto ist nötig. | Review excellent | Sehr schöne Lage Die Aussicht von der Ferienwohnung im Hause Luisa ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung selber sehr schön geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden.Das Haus und der Garten alles sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir ankamen hatten wir einen Teller Kekse mit Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch stehen und zwei Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank. | Review excellent | Romantik Monemvasia Die Unterkunft ist für griechische Verhältnisse sehr gut, Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt.
Die Gegend ist noch nicht so touristisch.

| Review excellent | Haus Luisa Mai 2010 Diese Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschackvoll ausgestattet und liegt vollkommen ruhig.
Pool und Garten sind gut angelegt und der Hausherr freundlich und unaufdringlich.
Zum Willkommem war ein Rosenstrauß und eine Kleinigkeit zu Naschen bereitgestellt und die Wohnung war vom Spültuch über Müllbeutel sowie Toilettenpapier bestens ausgestattet.

Review average | Bilder schöner als Realität Tolle Aussicht und gepflegter Pool und Garten (nicht zum Spielen für Kinder geeignet), die Einrichtung war in Ordnung und zweckmäßig. Die Wohnung wirkte jedoch ungepflegt und war nicht geputzt. Insgesamt für den Preis keine Empfehlung. Die Vermieter haben den Frühjahrsputz nachgeholt. Die Wohnung ist jetzt wieder in einem einwandfreien, sehr schönen Zustand. |
