The old stone house is located directly at the water, restored some years ago and altered to 2 studios with modern furniture. The beautiful old stone frontage has still remained.
Functionally furnitured studio, restored 1996, approx. 30sm living space. 1 room, in the midst of an approx. 1000 sm big plot in hillside situation. Open kitchen, 2 electronic cooking plates, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 double and 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Roofed balcony with seaview. Shady shared terrace in front of the house, directly at the sea. Sunloungers and sunshades on the longedeck which is directly attached to the sea. Air conditioning. Electronic heate. Parking place at the house. Outdoor shower.

Pelion
Pilion a picturesque Greek region: evergreen vegetation, fruit fields and vegetable fields in the lowland, olive groves and grain-fields on the hills. Gulches, woods and waterfalls, lonesome bays with crystal clear water, idyllic villages on the mountain slopes and romantic fishing places by the sea. In winter there is in Agriolefkes around Hania on 1200 m a skiing area. Our vacation homes are in the east of the peninsula, turned towards the Aegean side, above the nice sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis, moreover, in Aghios Dimitrios and in Mouressi directly above the extensive sandy beach of Papa Nero. In the west of the peninsula Pilion, which is turned towards the Pagasitikos-gulf side, our vacation homes are something outside of the pretty places Millina and Horton and further to the north directly by the sea near Kalamos.

Review average | Melies Pilion Lage und griech. Familie einfach super.Studio im alten Haus müßte dringend renoviert werden, sowie
die Bäder im Haus.Sanitären Anlagen miserabel, da
sind 64€ bzw.72€ zu teuer.Jedoch der Außenbereich
wunderschön-da haben wir uns richtig wohlgefühlt.
Haben uns auf dem Pilion viele Studios u.Apartements angesehen -mit wesentlich besserem Standard u. günstiger.Jedoch die Nähe zum Wasser
ist ein großer Vorteil.Die Herzlichkeit der Familie ist grandios.Würden gerne wieder kommen,
aber Bäder bitte renovieren!!!
