On the big property with numerous Mediterranean plants and trees is the single holiday house, comfortably furnished. A more than hundred year-old cork oak stands in the garden of the house and donates shade on sunny days.

Bathroom with shower cabin, WC and washing machine. Approx. 10 square meter roofed terrace. Approx. 4000 square meter, concluded natural property and garden property. Sun benches. Outside shower. Parking bay on the property. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Screens on all windows.

Corfu
The Ionian Islands are also called "Eptanissa", translated the "Seven Islands". They include: Korfu, Paxi, Lefkas, Kefalonia, Ithaki, Zakynthos and Kythira. The island group is located in the Ionian Sea west of the Greek mainland and the Peloponnese. Corfu is the northernmost and second largest of the Ionian Islands and is rightly called "the green island" called. Corfu’s landscape is characterized by densely-covered mountains, ancient olive groves, cypress forests and several sandy coves. The name was given by two crags ("Korifes", Koryphäen) to be seen if Corfu is reached across the sea.

| Review well | erholsamer Urlaub im ruhigen Südwesten der Insel - Lage des Objekts ist super für alle Ruhesuchenden, da keine weitere Bebauung in der direkten Nachbarschaft
- Auto unbedingt erforderlich
- einige schöne Strände in der Nähe, vor allem der Naturstrand Chalikounas hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da er sehr weitläufig und nicht überlaufen ist
Ein paar Tipps zum Haus selbst:
- die Schlafzimmerfenster sind nicht mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, daher muss man abends mit geöffneten Fenstern bei Licht im Raum vorsichtig sein, wenn man Insektenbesuch vermeiden will
- die angegebene Klimaanlage funktioniert nur in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer, die andere ist noch nicht angeschlossen (wird vielleicht noch gemacht?)
- Ergebnisse der Spülmaschine sind mangelhaft - wahrscheinlich aufgrund des sehr hohen Kalkgehalts im Wasser. Da ist es wesentlich einfacher, gleich alles mit der Hand zu spülen.
FAZIT: Wir haben im Haus Argias eine sehr erholsame und entspannte Urlaubswoche verbracht - aufgrund der sehr ländlichen Lage muss man jedoch mit ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten rechnen (Insekten, Staub etc.). Die absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre des Hauses entschädigen aber aus unserer Sicht absolut dafür.
Die Klimaanlage ist mittlerweile angeschlossen. Alle Fenster und Türen wurden ausgewechselt und verfügaben über Fliegenschutzgitter. |
