Property description
In slight hillside situation quietly, idyllically and with wide marvelous view at the sea is the cultivated property situated consisting of two small vacation houses, in the distance of approx. 10 m slightly shifted.
Suitably, rustically furnished vacation home, built in 2005, approx. 65 square meters living space, 1 bedroom. Living-/dining room with wooden stove, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, SAT TV, adjoining kitchen area with electric stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine. From the living room direct exit on the roofed terrace with sea view (approx. 10 square meters). Guest WC. Washing machine. An inside stair leads from the living room in the first floor: 1 bedroom (without door) with 1 double bed, balcony door, small porch with sea view. Bathroom with shower and WC.
Approx. 1000 square meters common (with the house EVI) cultivated garden and lawn property with nice sea view, 2 sun benches. Air-conditioning. Parking place at the house. Outside grill.

Evia
If Euböa – the Greeks call it Evia – would be an island, it would be the second biggest island beside Crete in Greece. Euböa is a peninsula since 1858, because it is linked via a bridge to the mainland. The scenery of the peninsula is versatile, mountainous and is close wooded with pine trees and broad-leaved trees in the north, charming and Mediterranean the vegetation in the south. Pendulum ships operate several times daily from the coast of Attica to Evia. Faster and more convenient is the crossing on the in 2004 new built bridge.

| Review excellent | Wunderschöne Ferien im Haus Panos Das Haus Panos und das auf dem gleichen Grundstück liegende Haus Evi befinden sich auf einem wunderschön angelegten Gartengrundstück mit einer sagenhaften Aussicht auf die Insel Euböa. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sprechen englisch und griechisch und kümmerten sich, wenn sie da waren, rührend um uns.
Der Ort ist ein geeigneter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Euböa, für Fahrten nach Athen oder auch nach Delphi.
Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. |
