Property description
This two storey house is located in the Northwestern part of Crete near Akrotiri very close to the sea in a nice flowered garden estate.
It was built in 1985 and has 120sm, three bedrooms.
First floor: living/dining room with two sofas. Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator and coffee machine. One bedroom with one single bed and one bunk bed. One bedroom with two single beds. Air condition available in both bedrooms on the first floor. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Roofed balcony (30sm) with fantastic sea view. Two framed hammocks. Fly screens installed on all windows and balcony doors. Washing machine.
Ground floor: Private entrance (low ceiling and door height of 2.10m). Living room. One bedroom with double bed. Little bathroom with toilet (separate access via the courtyard). Huge terrace at ground level. The estate is 500sm and on site parking as well as an outdoor shower are also available.
